  • Experience in leading sales in an early-stage successful tech start-up company, with experience in SaaS services
  • Proven track record of growing company sales from early-stage revenue to $20MM+ ARR
  • Successful track record selling into regulated financial institutions ($100B+ assets)
  • Partner with other members of the executive team to execute the go-to market strategy to ensure company exceeds its revenue goals
  • Propel sales and customer success leadership to develop and implement revenue driving strategies, which create long-term customer and business value
  • Drive operational excellence at every stage of the sales funnel and buyer’s journey as well as developing innovative strategies to sell to existing partners and customers
  • Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth
  • Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics
  • Stay well-connected with customers to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into the product development and enhancement cycle
  • Collaborate with finance, product management, and marketing on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue goals
  • Actively drive contract negotiations, coordinating with executive, legal, and finance teams throughout the process



  • 10+ years of experience in leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth
  • B.S. degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field
