Requirements:

  • Manages financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Understanding of Accounting Rules (Indian GAAP / US GAAP / INDAS)
  • Working knowledge of Accounting Platforms (QuickBooks, Oracle Financials / ZOHO Books)
  • Financial Budget Planning and Monitoring (Variance Analysis/Trend Charts/ Forecasting and Controls)
  • Strategic Finance (Fund Raising, Investor Management)
  • Leads real-time financial performance monitoring.
  • Recommends strategies for increasing financial performance.
  • Presents detailed monthly financial reports to managers.
  • Uses popular financial planning and analysis software.
  • Manages more-junior financial planning analysts.
  • Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance teams.
  • Creates variance analysis reports and financial models.

Qualification and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related major or equivalent professional experience is required.
  • Certified public accountants (CPA)/(CA) or certified financial analysts (CFA) are preferred.
  • Must have at least 16 years of financial planning experience.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Having worked in Global Environment).
