OMNIA was created to make it easier for organizations to understand industry-related laws, regulations, and guidelines. The platform standardizes various publications into an online library, continuously processes law changes, highlights the differences, and shows compliance officers and other business stakeholders what they need to consider specific to their area of responsibility.

OMNIA makes it easy to OPERATIONALIZE regulatory management.

OMNIA & Lineage: How It All Works

Azimuth GRC takes the text of a law, regulation or rule and divides each section into a separate data element.

Codified Law

Attorneys and industry experts then provide easy-to-understand business operational requirements at the lowest level of each law.  Each law is then classified to Azimuth GRC categories and business processes.

Organizations map their internal organizational structure to Azimuth GRC categories and business processes.

All applicable laws now go directly to the correct company department.

Laws will be placed in a queue for acceptance. Each business requirement can either be accepted as is, edited or indicate that it does not apply to the line of business. Those deemed applicable will be delivered to the lines of business through workflow. Validation of law applicability and artifacts are mapped via hyperlink.

Laws are then written into operational business requirements. Business requirements are mapped to the specific business processes for applicability review, mapping of artifacts, and assessing artifacts for gaps.

OMNIA & Lineage

Through a monthly Change Management process, data is refreshed to identify if changes have been made to laws and requirements. Azimuth will outline and notate within the system any additions and deletions at the lowest subsection level.  Notifications will be sent to only those impacted business processes who accepted the law to reassess processes and artifacts.
