Job Requirements:
- Build, enhance, and support code deployment pipelines through Azure DevOps
- Build, enhance, and support infrastructure as code templates
- Participate in daily status meetings
- Develop and implement standards and best practices, including cyber controls
- Participate in design meetings
- Identify technical issues with infrastructure, software, or data and communicate them effectively to the development team and other stakeholders
- Produce detailed and timely incident reports and root cause analysis documents
- Create and maintain Azure Dashboards
- Automate scaling of Azure resources
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, a related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years of experience with Azure and Azure DevOps, Teraforms, CI/CD pipeline, IaC
- Proficiency in IT operations, production support, cyber or a similar environment, or a combination of experience in related roles
- Fundamental knowledge of Site Reliability, DevOps, and infrastructure best practices and standards
- Hands on experience with infrastructure as code practices and implementation, including use of tools such as Azure Resource Manager, Terraform, or similar tools
- Extensive knowledge of the Azure platform, particularly App Services, Azure SQL, Virtual Machines, networking, firewalls, Key Vault, and App Insights
- Experience automating deployments using Azure DevOps Pipelines and Releases, including usage of YAML
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Experience working with .NET development teams and projects (does not require deep C# programming experience)
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Dev Ops practices
- Desire to expand cyber and privacy knowledge
- Curiosity to integrate across DevOps, DataOps, and MLOps practices
