Job Requirements:

  • Translate business requirements into technical documentation by collaborating with management and/or business users.
  • Maintain concise and complete records of product changes for the change cycle.
  • Participate in meetings with team members or clients.
  • Coordinate the analysis, logic requirements, requirement validation related to the implementation of new or changed laws/statutes.
  • Able to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Assist with creating procedures and documentation of processes.

Qualification and Experience:

  • 3+ years demonstrated experience in the Product Development and/or Management, developing and implementing technology solutions and performing process redesign and workflow analysis, defining and documenting business requirements.
  • 5+ years’ Mortgage Servicing experience with Mortgage Servicing Black Knight’s business environment and the Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP) application development environment.
  • Experience or familiarity with Tableau, Microsoft SQL, SharePoint, or rules engine configuration a plus.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills, including the ability to maintain several concurrent activities while managing user expectations.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment without daily oversight.
  • BKI Data familiarity a plus.
