Job Requirements:

  • Operate as the single point-of-contact for implementing a new/existing client with products/services
  • Manage and perform all aspects of the client implementation including overall project management, acquiring client data, developing and performing the appropriate data quality assurance steps, closely monitoring project status and success throughout the entirety of the implementation
  • Utilize Jira to manage and track team deliverables, ensuring efficient project workflow and timely completion of tasks
  • Collaborate with external clients and internal operational functional teams
  • Facilitate and/or participate in weekly client meetings, effectively managing project deliverables and implementation milestone timelines
  • Execute the implementation project plan, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Identify project risks and mitigate issues, identifying solutions for remediation and
  • Execute tasks with various interdepartmental resources to support multiple clients at any given time
  • Comprehend and complete tasks associated with various types of implementation projects; new clients, new products, and client system upgrades
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects, including developing objectives, prioritizing responsibilities, delegating tasks, executing deliverables, and tracking and measuring projects to successful completion.
  • Works with development team to request necessary changes to tableau reports
  • Review processes and procedures and recommend improvements to management and other departments within the company to increase productivity and quality
  • Must be able to work effectively, maintaining high quality work, in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist with creating procedures and documentation of processes
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau a plus

Qualification and Experience:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in project management
  • 3+ years of experience in the in the Financial Services, specifically lending products (Mortgage, Auto, Credit Card)
  • B.S. degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
