Job Requirements:

• Work with users, technical staff, and leadership to identify opportunities, define stories and
  requirements, and plan future data needs.
• Assist in development of data roadmap priorities and communicate effectively.
• Use SQL to access, explore, and analyze data to understand needs and changes.
• Develop and customize SQL statements to apply to new data conditions.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Tableau to show insights and monitor changes
• Work with development team to automate and stream-line the daily processes.
• Plan and write test cases/scripts and perform root-cause analysis.
• Track and report on metrics over time to establish quality trends.
• Work across teams to implement quality improvements.
• Develop and implement standards and best practices and participate in daily status meetings.
• Identify technical issues with the software or data and communicate them effectively to the
  development team and other stakeholders.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or similar field
• 2+ years’ experience and proficiency working with SQL to query and report on data
• 2+ years’ in a product or business role within Financial Services industry
• 2+ years’ creating reports and dashboards using Tableau
• Experience working in an agile development environment, or an understanding of the concepts of
  Agile software development.
• Ability to effectively balance multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication, organization, technical, and project management skills.
