Job Requirements:

• Develop and lead complex Tableau dashboards and visualizations to provide actionable insights.
• Design data workflows and ETL processes to ingest and transform data for Tableau consumption.
• Collaborate with data engineering, software, design, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of data sources and delivery of data products.
• Optimize Tableau performance, including dashboard load times and data refresh schedules.
• Utilize Jira to manage and track team deliverables, ensuring efficient project workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Participate in the testing process, including code reviews, manual testing, and unit testing.
• Identify technical issues (performance bottlenecks, data discrepancies, system defects) in data and software, perform root cause analysis, and communicate results effectively to the development team and other stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations on opportunities and improvements and participate in technology and analytics proof-of-concepts.
• Create detailed documentation that empowers other engineers and customers.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5 years’ experience developing and managing Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, or other relational databases.
• Experience with ETL software and data pipeline development.
• Experience working in an agile development environment, or an understanding of the concepts of Agile software development.
• Ability to effectively balance multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication, organization, technical, and project management skills.
